Welcome to Time Warp Saturday. I join the WonHundred Word Wednesday group after it had begun. For the several weeks I will be doing posts for the prompts from before I began. Here is my entry for April 23, 2014.
My boss, Karl, stared jaw hanging. His astonishment was mingled with fury and I couldn’t blame him. His kitchen was a mess and hours wouldn’t see it put back to order.
Debris from the carefully maintained kitchen were everywhere. Buns, cheese lettuce, tomatoes mingled with a fair share of blood. Hey sin breaks when punched repeatedly. Then there was me, kneeling over a in a business suit man sprawled on the counter, my arm raised for another punch.
Standing, I helped him off the counter putting my back to Karl. I glowered and hissed “Would you like fries with that?”
