What is WonHundred Word Wednesdays? It’s when a group of amazing authors and I write 100 word stories all based on the same short prompt and post them. All the variations are fun to read. Here is my entry for the week.
Why had no-one ever mentioned Mum’s twin? A stupid question to ponder as my hairs prickled as the stunners buzzed the exterior. That and the plummet Parr had us in.
“Having fun yet?” His mirth turned the question mocking.
“Not fun!” The words escaped despite my panic.
He looked at me ignoring the multi-trailer chugging into our path. “Live already, child.”
“I’m trying to stay alive.” Jabbing the dash, I switched control from uncle. The ship swung drunkenly away from collision, fighting my direction. The patrol scattered behind.
“Knew sis wouldn’t raise a craven whelp.” Parr struck my shoulder approvingly.
